Use Bi-Mart's Online Refills to order refills on your Bi-Mart prescriptions by E-mail. Just fill in the fields with a next to them on this form and then click on the "SUBMIT" button.

Your online request will be delivered to your Bi-Mart pharmacy and filled promptly during normal store hours.

Please allow extra time if we have to call your doctor to authorize more refills.

Please note that Online Refills can only be refilled at the Bi-Mart location that last filled your prescription.
