Wage: $36,822.00 annually |

|
|
Schedule: Must be available from 6:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Scheduled hours and days will vary with business needs. Typical schedule will be 45 - 50 hours a week, more during the holiday season. |

Overview: The Associate Manager is Bi-Mart’s entry-level management position. Individuals holding the Associate Manager position are active members of the store management team from the very first day of employment. Anyone who is hired into this position is expected to already possess management skills and knowledge in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling operational activities. As such, experience in Bi-Mart’s retailing philosophies and methods can be easily gained on the job while also contributing to the day-to-day management of the store. Advance to Store Manager in 5 to 7 years. |

Must be customer satisfaction oriented. Proven leadership & motivational skills. Willing to work alongside employees to complete projects. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Coordinate multiple tasks with attention to detail. Must be energetic and have a strong initiative. Ability to set priorities and organize workload. Must be interested in a career in retail management. Must be willing to relocate throughout the Northwest. |

Experience:

1 to 2 years prior experience in a supervisory role. 1 + years prior experience in retail. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. |
