Cashiers and sales clerks have the opportunity to advance into supervisory roles and then onto the
Associate Manager Program. Individuals with management experience
with other retailers can begin their career with Bi-Mart through our Associate Manager Program.
Bi-Mart has four levels of store management; how quickly you advance through these levels
depends on your own performance, initiative, and willingness to relocate. |
