Health Savings Cards |

Bi-Mart accepts Health Savings Cards in all of our stores. FSA, HSA and HRA cards are debit cards linked to an employer-provided
benefit plan. They are designed to make healthcare more affordable by allowing employees to set aside a portion of their pre-tax wages to pay for
"qualified medical expenses." The Health Savings Card is a convenient way for employees to access the pre-tax funds they have set aside. These
expenses include co-payments, deductibles, prescriptions, and other out-of-pocket expenses not covered by healthcare plans. Health Savings
Cards may also be used to purchase certain over-the-counter (OTC) items such as medications used to alleviate or treat injuries or illness. Not all
OTC items are eligible and eligibility is determined by the IRS. |

Employers offer Health Savings Cards to their employees as part of their benefit plan. Participation by employees is voluntary. If you have
