The Rocky Mountain Signature Squids are high quality squid lures designed for trolling behind dodgers when targeting kokanee and lake trout. The Signature Squids, from Rocky Mountain Tackle, are hand-made using premium squid bodies, the highest grade 10 lb line and the highest quality red hooks to ensure a secure hook-up each and every time. The Signature Squids are most often employed using the Rocky Mountain Signature Dodger tied to the squid using a 10-12 lb fluorocarbon leader ranging in length from 8"-24". Currently, the trend with the squids and hoochies is to use a slighter shorter leader than had traditionally been the norm as is the case with most techniques they consistently evolving and should be changed as the fish prefer. Rocky Mountain Signature Squids come in a wide spectrum of color options certain to meet even the most discerning Kokanee fisherman's tastes. The color offerings also include UV models that emit an enhanced blue glow when placed under UV light.Specifications
