Willakenzie Store Update

There has been widespread commentary and heartfelt concern following the announcement that the Bi-Mart Willakenzie location would be put on the market. While it is likely that Bi-Mart will discontinue operations at this location, there is currently no definitive timetable for a potential closure.

We enjoy a strong and positive relationship with our landlord. Together, we have reached a mutually beneficial arrangement that allows us to explore our options while limiting liabilities for both parties during this process. We are both Eugene-based organizations with a deep respect for the community we serve. We are grateful that, rather than defaulting to a cold, corporate-style tenant-landlord relationship, we have approached this situation with collaboration & understanding. In today’s business world, partnerships like this are rare, and we are committed to moving through these challenging times in a way that benefits all involved.
